Learn about current marketing trends and develop a marketing strategy for your business, group or nonprofit organization to compete in the 21st Century Marketplace. Understand the importance of the website serving as your marketing cornerstone and how you can use free online tools to drive qualified traffic.
In this first of 5 live seminars, you will learn about how some marketing fundamentals have changed over the last decade and how the Internet has truly leveled the playing field for advertising smaller companies, organizations and groups. You will learn about the most effective current marketing strategies that can be quickly implemented to bring you more leads, customers, volunteers and donors.
These classes are ideal for small to medium-sized business owners, managers or marketing staff; nonprofit organizations, and newly forming companies. ALL ARE WELCOME! Students, seniors, sole props, interns and managers will gain valuable insight into marketing in the 21st century, and leave each session with an action plan for success.
Marketing 101 is a live marketing series for new, small or medium-sized businesses and nonprofits to learn how to effectively market themselves in the 21st Century. In these highly interactive sessions, you will receive hands-on training with important online tools like email, social media, your website, and blog; and gain confidence in using them yourself or directing a staff-member, intern or volunteer in their use.
You can be effectively marketing your business immediately after any one of the five sessions, but if you choose to follow the entire series and implement learned strategies for your business, you can be realizing a greater return on investment for your time and marketing dollars in as little as 45 days.
Marketing 101 Seminars are a collaboration between the Women’s Business Center, North Country PTAC, the Lewis County Chamber of Commerce and Lewis County Economic Development and presented by veteran marketing consultant Scott Mathias of Mathias Marketing located in New Hartford and Albany, NY.
